Despite decades of research, there remains a substantial lack of academic evidence on the business case for worker-wellbeing, particularly in low income conditions.

This annual report highlights some of our first few interventions  backed by evidence based research in the garment sector where we demonstrated how these two worlds, of workers and businesses, could meet and mutually thrive. Our experience in industries that command large workforces enabled us to scale up our interventions to human-centered tools and business solutions. These initiatives saw our first steps in extending our impact beyond the realm of research.
