Our 2023–2025 Annual Report documents our work improving job quality for low-wage workers across India, the US, and Latin America. Spanning five focus areas including Climate, Health, Gender, Livelihoods, and Workplace, it presents our evidence-backed interventions that simultaneously boost worker wellbeing and deliver measurable business returns for our partner firms.
